Even though I'm sure none of this makes much of a difference anymore, since we're pretty sure of the bullshit from our so-called haters.. I was talking to one of my friends, and she said that subpoenas are given to you in person as opposed to being contacted via the PHONE. Stupid people need to get their shit straight before they try to pull one of these pranks. Ok, that's all. peace.

Hehe, yeah. That's why someone called me asking when I was working so they could give me one in person.

But, I don't think they would tell my managers my business like that, you know? "Oh, when's Elaine working again. She's gonna be subpoenaed for defamation of character." Ok.
