Your recipe sounds absolutely divine, but I will have to try and find a non-dairy based alternative, because even cottage cheese gets ugly when you're lactose intolerant. I suppose I should stop randomly rambling and explain myself - you and I have a mutual LJ buddy, Velitu. I got to your LJ through hers, and was wondering if you want to do the mutual-add thing? She and I have common interests, as I hope you and I do.
