I think I'm getting better at this, possibly because therapy. The student can tell me about her depression and anxiety as a result of her mother committing suicide at the end of last year, and I can be sympathetic and practical and hold off dissolving into tears about it until the poor child has actually left my office. I am mostly caught up, thank you! the nice side effect of a bout of insomnia is that I sleep as though stunned for the next couple of nights, which is refreshing.

The drug hedgehog is Hobbit's favourite cat-toy; it's a small fluffy hedgehog creature with a stomach pouch, into which one inserts bunches of dried catnip to the ecstatic approval of said Hobbit. He's a bit of a drug fiend.

Also, I like the idea of a renewable drug pouch, our catnip mice get chewed on for a while a then ignored. Mmmm, fresh drugs...
