We have a house! almost. Still a bit gritty, but most of the furniture is in, and I actually cooked supper last night. Yesterday the EL and I sallied forth and bought furniture, including a set of six birch bustle-back chairs for the dining room, to replace the benches, which were starting to look rather more than rickety. Hey! It's a classic! Also, I defy you to find any other song lyric with the word "bustle" in it (proviso being that it has to be something I actually listen to occasionally, since using lyrics from songs I don't know is Cheating and requires the deduction of a lot more than 4 style points).

It's also reminded me that I used to have a giant copy of that beautiful Stairway poster with the tarot-card Hermit, given to me, IIRC, by strawberryfrog. Sigh. I liked that poster.
