I thought it was OK; I would have preferred it if there was more resolution of cool existing plot threads (and more screentime for established characters) and less last-minute mcguffin. There were tantalising glimpses of stuff that could have been cool... which went nowhere. But *all* the books were like that.
Also, we never got definite confirmation that a certain individual's body was in fact dead. I expect a flurry of AU fanfiction from denialists; some of it had better be good. :D
