idk why I never commented here because I made this recipe sometime in 2012 when you first posted it, and it was so good, and today i was trying to think what to make and i was like "remember that eggplant pasta sauce recipe li did once? and it was really funnily written and it came out great and made so much, it was almost like a thick vegetable stew and you ended up just eating it with a spoon because you were too lazy to keep making pasta?"
