Crowley has a substantial list of powers, though mostly they relate to interacting with the world and not so much dealing with other people. HOWEVER, he does have at least a few powers that will require permission for me to use. I'm always going to ask you before doing any of these, but just so I have a general idea to start with:

1) Only if it's like... for something minor. Big things? Let's talk.
2) Um... I would really rather if you IM me or ask in some OOC notes a few comments prior to the actual happening - memories are important to the kid, so I'd like messing with them to be case-by-case.
3) Sense them... how? As in, how detailed is he able to sense someone's desire?
4) Go for it. Ryotarou gets injured enough to warrant it.
5) WELL. I say that's fine, because Ryotarou deals with Imagin-possession a lot from Deneb. If Crowley does it, though, he might have to deal with Deneb trying to take control back and kicking him out, though.

For Chris (d2; greever):
1) Um... I'm thinking only for minor things, like I said above. If it's for something big, I'd rather if you IM me about it first.
2) S-sure. The minor ones, at least, or just things on the Plane.
3) Go for it! He doesn't have any big goals at the moment, so they tend to fluctuate with the situation.
4) I'm... not sure? Demons healing half-ghosts... sounds like it would be difficult, or

The level of detail would probably be up to you-in the book he says at one point about someone that "every desire in his head is for" such-and-such, so I'm sure he could get pretty detailed specifically regarding desires. I won't have him learn anything you're unwilling to give up though :)

Ah! Well, in that case... Maybe only for the base-versions of Ryotarou's desires? 'To be remembered', versus 'to be remembered despite the Zeronos cards' and so on. Otherwise, for things that aren't so spoilerific, I have no problem with this. /o/
