I love when textbooks are randomly whimsical. It adds a nice dash of unexpected humor to my homeworking.

For instance, my physics textbook offers this:

"Evaluating these integrals for most common objects (such as a television set or a moose) would be difficult, so here we consider only uniform objects."

Yes, because meese (mooses?) are so common

As a physicist, I wholeheartedly approve of integrating moose whenever possible.

I am ALL for integrating moose. As a chemist who finds physics occasionally very frustrating, it certainly adds much appreciated spice :D

LMAO, that's awesome. Yeah, there are a few jewels scattered in some of my textbooks, too. It makes having to read some of that boring shit so much more tolerable.
