SPN 2x03 Bloodlust - with a side of fangirls!

One of the coolest things about this weekend was getting to watch a BRAND NEW EPISODE with fangirls. A room of squealing giggling fangirls! I thought we were admirably restrained - we didn't miss TOO many lines. What follows is a mini recap of our group reactions...

God, I loved that moment. Dean just looked so pale, sad and tragic. Emo!Dean is the prettiest thing ever.

And dude, Back in Black has actually been my ringtone since like April or May so you know I was doing cartwheels when they used it at the PERFECT MOMENT.

There was much flailing about Dean's beautiful split lip and bruised cheek in that final scene. He looks pretty fucking broken, and it's gorgeous. Oh Jensen.

I LOVE BACK IN BLACK. I really really need to change my ringtone, I wonder if I can get a hold of that one! Heeee. LOVE. I really love that they reused that particular one - it just echoes so well with the pilot, bringing back all this nostalgia. Awwww. Plus, of course, the car is actually back, and it's black! HEE. Love love love.

If you have Verizon, they definitely have it, because that's where i got mine. I've ALWAYS loved that song, but now that it has super cool associations with the Metallicar, I'm even more excited when my phone rings. Heeeeeee.

They seriously could not have picked a better song for the triumphant return of the Impala.

He really REALLY has. Jared has not clunked once this season (well, "He snaked the keys!!!OMGWTFFACE" was a little dubious, but we'll let that slide) and I am so, so proud of him. *ruffles his adorable new haircut* Yay Sammy and Paddywhack! It makes a girl happy.

I'll post a proper comment sometime but i've just watching that ep (and boondock saints :D) and I am VERY amused you said about the cinematography because we all at the same time, you know the bit with the sunset and the bridge and the kidnapping, went, "DUDE, they must have a bigger budget or something because this is so beauitful."
