Maybe we should just give judicial powers to the Senate, and legislative powers to the Judiciary, because it's the justices who know more about the law than the attention whoring (READ: MAR "mr fucker" ROXAS) senators and senator-wannabes (who are, after all, so keen on persecuting).

i went to sagada last year, asked our tourist guide where to get marijuana. he denied there were marijuanas being sold. said the gov't already cleaned sagada out.

It's not even about drugs and productivity. You are trapped in a discourse circulated by the bourgeois/elite -- well, this whole country is. You should look up the Swiss model.
