when I first applied for a non-pro, i was made to take practicals like everyone else:

me: ano po ung kotseng iddrive ko?
clerk: manual na ep-eks (fx)
me: wala pong automatic? di po ako marunong sa manual eh.
clerk: o? e bakit di mo dinala ung kotse mo?
me: wala pa akong lisensya diba?

clerk: oo nga no. o sige magbayad ka na lang ng 300 na testing fee.

this happened in lto san juan 2 years ago. on that day, i spent 9 hours of my life i'll never get back waiting for a license which only took Vina Morales (then-gf of Mayor JV) 2 minutes to get :/

Gusto ko pa rin naman mag-kule pero ayaw na ata ng kule sa akin. Hindi ako ni-line-up ng kult sa first three issues.

pag nagbayad ka, you can review the test before you take it, which thus entails that you dont fail and have to take the test again 6mos later... and you can also not have to go thru the driving test :p kaso ang sumama sakn nun mom ng ex ko so... hehehe :p goodluck :)

er. classes kick in on tuesday next week. gonna go to LTO either on thurs or fri this week. Depends if I get my school shit sorted out this week, if not it spills over on monday.
