Wala, nagspread ng prop at counter-prop na. Very, very obvious desperate and dirty tactics. I will cite examples. Follow this logic:

1. Si Lozada, nang nag-testify sya about the 130 million dollar kickback sa ZTE, umiiyak sya. Kasi (we assume, at sabi rin nya --for objectivity) he receives death threats daily, gets bullied by the mob of senators, and feels the pressure of speaking the truth in this country of liars.

2. Dahil dating head ng forestry si Lozada, biglang --and this is most suspicious-- may nag-surface na former employee niya to speak against him. Inilabas yung dating mga corruption din ni Lozada. For that, umiiyak sya sa TV.

3. Nag-file si Lozada ng case for kidnapping and attempted murder against a handful of prominent people and politicians dahil nga na-kidnap sya pagbaba ng eroplano nya sa NAIA. Kung hindi raw tinutukan ng media ang issue, he's sure he'd be dead by now. The Supreme Court now wants a 'fact-finding investigation' about the matter. According to Lozada's lawyers, there has never been a fact-finding
