So, I'm a nurse, an ER nurse. I think I am supposed to be proud, or love my job or feel vital, useful or at least have a sense of purpose. I don't. Don't get me wrong, if you're my patient I will do what's right and keep you safe. But honestly I don't feel all that competent (probably because I have yet to come across a true emergency). I have
