i'm with you - i know the ndp made significant strides, and i should be happy with that. and of course, it could have turned out worse, etc.
but the whole 'strategic' voting thing kinda turns my stomach. assuming that the ndp will lose badly because, well, they're "supposed to" lose badly, and then changing one's vote in relation to that. what ever happened to standing up for what you believe in regardless of the consequences. i mean, it's not like we live in a country where you will be shot if you vote for a particular candidate. ah well, no use arguing politics...
I don't know, at the end of the day whether the 10 or 15 thousand nationwide votes that are attributable to "strategic voting" made much of a difference.
