So, I've realized that I'm doing myself a serios disservice in not including guitar in my work. I'm a decent guitarist and since I'll be including sketching (I managed to do a rough of The Tethered Ones - Panel 2 in an hour and was very happy with it for a rough) in the visual aspect I have absolutey no reason (well, there are a couple of concerns ( Read more... )

I use Steinberg's LM4 for drums. You can put up to 128 sounds on one pad, and then select which particular sound you want via velocity level. Which means you can get some really, really realistic-sounding drum tracks if that's what you're going for.

I also use Score Edit to program drums. (And everything else.) I thought I was the only one.

I don't know how to do it any other way... It was real challange finding my a tracker that would fit my needs.

I'll look into LM4
