Every year, I quit dance.

I love dance. I cannot stop doing it, no matter what. I love the dance community and the friends I’ve made.  I love performing, and am excited about the things I’m doing this year.

*SO* glad to hear this. For me, dance, no matter what form, is about a connection between you and the music. One part of me thinks it would be great to teach ballroom for a living. The realistic part of me realizes that I would kill my students.
There's a world of difference between teaching and performing, but the pressures are similar. I'm glad you're choosing to refocus on dance as a hobby that personally fulfills. So enjoy. Revel. Train. When you're not feeling that pressure, everything else will come naturally.
