We're only really too busy when our lives are filled with things we can't choose for ourselves. Otherwise, we're just overcommited. I know that I have a tendency to commit myself to too much so that I can choose not to do things I don't really want to do. It lets me shift blame away from myself for things I'm really choosing not to do.

I also sometimes find myself getting stressed out over having all my time booked for practice, projects, social outings, and such. In that case, I usually just need to adjust my perspective and remember that I'm supposed to be having fun. Its when I'm doing nothing that I get really depressed.
