It's from the show United States of Tara, and it's from Showtime.
IT'S UTTERLY AMAZING.
It deals with a mother with Dissociative Identity Disorder, and she has about 4-5 alternate personalities, and the series follows her trying to find out where it came about.
And Marshall (the brunette) is her gay son, and Lionel (blonde) is his friend, and yeah. They're absolutely adorable. <3

Well, you've pretty much sold me the show with that gif! That's one of the most adorable kisses I've ever seen :3 I'll totally check it out when I have free time.
