2 t's and 2 o's, yet it's the long A that you pronounce
Tattoo picture time!
This is just a quick one I took tonight with my webcam, it is pointless for me to photograph with my nice camera at this point because of the swelling/redness, but I will take a better picture once it heals:
So in the end I decided to replicate Scandal's bicep tattoo, same place, same size, and I had a long internal debate about those two thin lines. I decided to go with them because I assume they are left out when too much detail makes it tricky or the artist forgets. The bottom of the tattoo is straight, it just looks crooked in this picture because of the position of my arm.
I chose this tattoo because it won't appear to the average person as a comic tattoo, yet anybody that is a fan of Secret Six will probably recognize it and those are the people I want to geek out with. So far a lot of people have asked me if it is from a metal band, then I say it is from a comic book, and they respond with: "....oh." But I'm so fucking happy with it, and I want so badly to have Gail Simone sign it once the healing is complete. Whenever I look at it, it makes my little geeky heart flutter.
Once again it was done by Dax at Trigger Happy Tattoo, who was nice, clean, professional, and I can't him recommend enough. Now go get your nerdy ass inked!
