Shiki is a troublesome boy who needs someone reliable that can support him, so she will be that person, and keep on smiling and caring after him as she always had. This does not change in Mayfield, where Shiki has someone else for his Significant Other.
With her memories returned and understanding full well how big of a mistake she's made in letting him down, she's currently keeping to herself and trying to find a way to apologize properly to him.

Arcueid has killed Ciel when she was Roa's 17th incarnation, but that's by far the reason why they're always at odds. It started out as a race to permanently eliminate Roa, because while Arcueid can easily destroy the body, only Ciel and her Seventh Scripture are capable of destroying his soul. There's also the fact that Ciel simply eliminates vampires for a living, and the the True Ancestor, whom Ciel knows whose resistance to her bloodlust was beginning to seriously cave, was not exempt.
And then Shiki got involved, and a layer of almost comical competition for a not-so-ordinary highschooler's affection was added on top. So even after Roa has been eliminated, Ciel and Arc will duke it out here and there in another vain and futile attempt to distance the other from Shiki. They never get any results. Ultimately, however, that's one competition that Ciel is forced to acknowledge to herself that she's fully lost. She's not going to insist on that for much. The only reason why she'll still fight Arc off of Shiki's back is because Arc used to be the main reason why Shiki would get into trouble and ends up being hurt in the first place. Still, Shiki appealed to her to try and get along with Arc, so they finally agreed on a strange truce - in that they won't actively try to seek out and kill each other, because in this town their foe is common. How long this will last, however, is anyone's guess.
Aside from "Eternal crazy catfight from every circle of Hell", this relationship can also be sometimes described as a "weird friendship". If they absolutely MUST work together, especially to protect a certain boy who just can't keep himself away from danger, then in all likelihood, they will.
