four letters VISA.

If you don't have a degree, getting a work VISA is really really really hard. Its not a corporate policy problem as much as a government problem as I understand it.

Ha ha.. two of my personal, quoted, copyrighted, and patented sayings that will get you through life in Japan:

I don't know.. same as them wanting to know your University - like that would mean ANYTHING to them.. aaagh.. welcome to nonsense.. it reigns supreme around here..

When I had my interview with NOVA they told us that for the type of work visa we had to get to teach English in Japan we need a four year degree. I think it just has to do with the type of work visa that they use for teachers and teachers' assistants.

I didn't even think about needing one to get a work visa. That makes way more sense. Thanks guys! :D
