They also have a lot of it in Guilin, China. It's called
Osmanthus
, which can be used to make teas, wines, etcs. It generally blooms in October.

Oh, that is my favourite tree! The smell of the blossoms is one of the things I love best about fall in Japan. Its Japanese name is 金木犀 (きんもくせい). Lots of people grow smaller ones in pots, but I've seen tall, sprawling older specimens as well.
