I've been living in Japan for about 3 1/2 years in Aichi. In the middle of February, I'm going to be moving to Kanto area. (I would like to live somewhere in Kanagawa probably, or maybe Chiba, preferably within about an hour or so of Tokyo

When my boyfriend moved in we first used a moving company site that compares basic prices between companies with what you need then each contacts you and you negotiate what you want. Will probably be about 4-5man for you with all your stuff through 3 prefectures worth of distance, but like I said negotiation is involved.

Same thing with realtors, just pick an area then search the major ones (able, pitat house, etc.... my station has over 30 companies saturating its area), and my station is areally nice area only 20 mins outside Tokyo as you remember ^^. I just went on tours with 3 that day and found super awesome deal with one.

I don't have a Japanese guarantor, so I'll need to get one. But I'm sure that it won't be that hard to find a company to do it.
