Marketing is such a competitve field (because so many people want to do it) that I wonder how much use an undergrad minor really is. Also, my experience says that having a degree is important in getting hired, but the details (other than GPA and that only for your first job) are not all that likely to have a strong bearing on your future career. Therefore I'd go with the studies you're passionate about: because you care so much they're likely to provide some of the furnishings for your brain for the rest of your life. And if you wanticularly want to live / work in Asia I think you might find useful information. (It would help to study the language of the country you want to live in.)

Nobody- no one, has ever wanted to know about my minors.

If you are heading to an Asian country, I suspect either would be fine- but I would go with marketing, as your very act of applying to an Asian company shows an interest in things Asian.

When I emigrated, my business degree was useful only to show an education- what got me into the country (NZ) was being an IT project manager, as both IT & PM are critical shortage areas.

For visa purposes (as I know from my mind-numbing research for how to immigrate from the US to UK), it would be more worth your while to double major, simply because most countries don't have a 'minor' system like the US does, so they don't know what it necessarily entails or what have you. You have to be pretty special to get a work visa anywhere, so I'd go for the second major (if it were me, I'd cram in the extra classes for the minor, or just sit in on them if they don't clash with your other classes, just to give yourself some mental workout).

Good luck!

If the Asian studies minor includes language training, then do that. Otherwise, don't bother with either of them.
