yep, he's a chinese national and i dont see why there should be a problem with him getting solo work alongside exo activities in china without there being issues. all other solo activities have been in korea aside from that one second on that peking opera-themed show with chen (and 50-million other kor celebs).

even then with my sunshine he was unable to announce his participation in it after he'd wrapped up filming his part in secret. why is he like a fugitive in his home country?? he's only a baby too!

it truly only exposes their ugliness to the wider public more and more. as time wears on they're becoming SO much more desperate and aggressive and nowhere near as clandestine and professional as they once were. i hope whoever is bankrolling these paid antis and buying the trending topics is exposed -- i feel we're headed towards that.
i hate to think it affecting tao, by extension exo-m, by extension exo in future and for it to be no more than it already has done.

Tao is just that relevant. He is a click bait and gets people interested. There will probably be more of these rumors because of the comeback and his upcoming film. Anyway, looking forward to his film debut on 5/1/2015!
