Hi there! Do you mean the length across the bust? It is 16.5"(laid flat) as stated. Do let me know if you wish to know any other measurements. =]

Hello! For the tube dress/skirt- Melrose, is the bottom of the skirt lined with lace?

hi there! Yup, bottom of the skirt is lined with lace, but you can cut if off if you don't like it. And, i only left one last piece of it, so do let me know if you are keen on getting one, thanks babe. =)
