There's a herd of sheep, grazing away lazily a short distance away. The air is crisp, with that familiar promise of summer to come in its breeze, and a little further away, there's a cluster of old farmhouses, built from both stone and wood and brick.

The sheep appear entirely unimpressed with this scenario, though they watch her with flicking ears.

Alison crossed her arms and looked at the sheep. "Stop watching. I'm not Little Bo Peep," she snarked. Flicking her long, golden locks over her shoulder, she started walking towards some of the old farm houses. There was nowhere else to go, really, and she was desperate to find a phone. See if she could call Jude or someone to at least sent a limo to her, if not a helicopter. After all, this was an emergency.

The sheep flick their ears, and continue to chew in her general direction.

As she approaches the farmhouses, she will see people of varying ages at work in the cobbled streets and in the extensive yards -- a young boy milking a goat, while his mother handles hanging the laundry on rigged lines; a girl by the grassy roadside just ahead of her, picking dandelions with puffy heads and blowing their seeds into the air; a horse idling lazily between the shafts of a modest carriage as it waits for a passenger.

Alison bit her glossy lip.

Great. Amish country. They dropped me off in Amish country. Probably in Pennsylvania. She narrowed her eyes. It didn't matter if she was a mutant, dammit, she was still a popstar! Musical royalty!

And royalty did not deserve this!

Plastering a fake smile onto her face - a smile that had graced dozens of covers of both Woman and Beauty - she approached the mother who was hanging her laundry on the rigged lines.

"Hi!" She said brightly. "I seem to be lost. Could you maybe point my way to, like, the nearest laptop or blackberry?" Because hers? Not on her.
