*arches an eyebrow* Since when? I wasn't aware you could claim ownership of her, I wonder what she'd have to say about that.

Well, I'm the one who's spent the last ten years jerking off to thinking of her every night! Not you! Gah!

OOC: It's good! I have yet to write anything stellar myself. Haven't gotten any ideas for this prompt yet.

Who says I haven't spent ten years thinking of her? My typist says I have. I did write her a few letters once upon a time. Not that it means anything, of course. And do the parts of the Code which deal in non-attachment mean nothing to you? *raises an eyebrow* *seems to be doing that a lot lately*

OOC: Well thanks, I appreciate it! I didn't really think this was the best idea either, but I also thought it looked rather weird that I'd been in the community three or four days and not posted so much as an introduction. So ... this piece. XD

Kenobi-sama, how do Skywalker-sempai and yourself handle situations like that? It must be difficult being around people you know on a personal level yet having to maintain a professional distance.

It is indeed, but I at least have been trained throughout my life to avoid attachment to all but the Force itself. While I may have friends within the Order, such as Anakin and Padmé, I must continually remind myself that the rule of non-attachment is there for a reason. It is a little more difficult for Anakin, since he was not raised in the Temple environment, but I believe he copes well.
