[All he could remember was the flash of light arching through his body. He knew, oh how he knew that he had to keep his energy fluid. How could he be expected to do so at such a short notice? [Well. Evelyn was taking a walk outside. Up until there was a weird flicker of blinding light and- someone is lying on the ground unconscious ohmygoodness.

[The burn on his face is old and long-healed, but the rest of him is in such poor condition that Evelyn has to wonder exactly what happened to him.]

Don't trouble yourself trying to talk, but why don't you sleep, hm? I can give you some laudanum for the pain, if you'd like.

[She moves to the closet, fetching some just in case.]

My name is Evelyn...you can introduce yourself later.

[Hells yes laudanum is a good idea. He nods weakly after she offers it. Zuko still doesn't want to sleep, but sleep..likely is the best option. He isn't in any kind of state to try and figure out what's going on. It sounds crazy, but he's beginning to doubt he's still home.]

[His injury is very fresh, meaning he'd have to be a short distance away from the battle. This place couldn't stay hidden close to there. That was impossible. Of course, he also doesn't feel the comet's influence.]

[A spoonful of laudanum for you, then, young sir.]

Get some rest. I'll shut the door behind me when I leave, so you ought to be quite safe.
