Hiya! *waves* As you probably know by now, I remixed your story "One Man Guy" for remixthedrabble. I also wrote a remix of this terrific fic, but my beta and I decided it was more of a sequel. I'd still like to post it, if you're willing - mind if I put up my "sequel" to this story in my journal? If you'd like to see it before you decide, just send me your email address and I'll forward a copy of the fic. My email is nos4a2no9@gmail.com (Sorry, I would have sent this via email, but I don't think I have your address).

I really loved this fic: it blew me away when I read it last Christmas for dSSS, and I was thrilled to be matched with you for the remix challenge. I was so excited to get a chance to work with your amazing original, and I think I got a little carried away and didn't quite follow the remix rules :-) Anyway, even if you decide you'd rather I not post the story, I was still really happy to get a chance to work with your original material. Thanks for participating in remixthedrabble, and I hope you're having a good week!

First of all: Thank you so much for the One Man Guy remix. I absolutely loved it. As Mal said in her comment to the story: ...such a pretty way to make my heart hurt. Somehow, Fraser reciprocating Ray's love, and none of them realising, is even more tragic than him being unaware. It's wonderfully sad *g*

And I would *love* to see what you've come up with for Apartment Story! No question about it - I'm dying to read it :)

God, this is completely fabulous, how did I miss reading it before? A perfect perfect Stella, prickly and hurt and brilliant and reluctantly still loving, and determined. The whole description of Ray sagging over the ashtray with his damp cigarette, not even inhaling--AGH. Ray's dog's name. Just so, so wonderful through and through.

Thank you so much for commenting! I do apparently have a weak spot for Stella that I'm kind of in denial about *g* I'm glad you liked the story.
