So, I've been really trying to concentrate on my work.
I thought I was busy when I wrote my previous journal, but boy, was I wrong.
Soon after that, I got a RUSH assignment, for which I get paid a little more but really need to get cracking to make the deadline.
I just finished that one earlier.
But that only means I really need to hurry up and

LJ is addictive, isn't it? ^^; No matter how busy I get, I still have to check LJ at the end of the day to see how everyone's doing and how the fandom's doing. I wish I had the time to post though! XD;
Your work sounds really challenging and must keep you busy all the time. But I still wish I could do something like that! Not patent translating, though, since I know I could never do something that difficult. ^^; But yeah, you must be really good at what you do. :D
I watch Fringe too! Oh, I almost gave you a spoiler until I remembered you said you didn't watch it this season yet. XD; X-Files was my favorite show when it was airing. It was so good~ *admits I have an "I Want To Believe" poster on my home office wall* Nothing has really matched it.
Go watch Fuurin Kazan!!! XD
I have a backlog of J-dramas I need to watch too. ^^; So much to do, so little time!!

I've occasionally worked from home, and it's hard even without kids around! I just get distracted too easily (by the internet ^^;) and I also get a lot sleepier for some reason when I'm working at home, lol! You really do have to be disciplined for it to work, and having the kids around must make it doubly hard!
Oh no, I don't know where you can watch it online. I was gonna say the official site, but I guess those are just the last few episodes. I do know Season 1 is on DVD, though, so you can rent them? (Netflix has it)
Yeah I really loved X-Files! Heheh, I wanted that poster because, aside from being an X-Files fan, I've always wanted to believe. ^^ And I totally agree with you on the movies. ^^ Maybe someday they will actually make a GOOD X-Files movie! XD

Oh, yeah... DVD is an option, isn't it? I was hoping some TV station will start broadcasting the first season soon, but that may not happen for a while...
Yes, let's hope for a better X-Files movie..., while Mulder and Scully are still YOUNGish!!!! LOL

umm, gackt comes in at episode 24, if i remember correctly...though the whole drama is very interesting! uchino masaaki is so good! actually all the actors are really good (even takeda - umm something kamejiro, don't remember his name :( ) i was actually wondering if gackt would match up to them - but he was absolutely stunning - he was al real 'presence' ...if you know what i mean?
good luck for your extra work!

Thank you for the G appearance info.
I watched the drama the first time it was on air and saw all the episodes, but I wasn't a G fan yet at the time!! So, since TV Japan's showing repeats, I figured I'd keep the episodes where G makes his appearances.
Oh, yeah... His presence is just... undeniable, you know? I remember the director talking about G, saying that G, in every frame of the footage, was so immersed in the Kenshin character and how picturesque he was.

This handsome little fella melts your heart. (^___^) Obviously, he loves the camera too! Hahahaa....
Take care not to overwork. =)
I wonder how you keep the little ones occupied while you're working.
As for Fuurin Kazan, Kenshin doesn't make his formal appearance till the 30th episodes onwards. =) I'm sure you'll have time to catch up! =D
Cheers to more busy days! (^__^)

His smiles are really special. =P
Oh, geez... It's hard to work with him around. He goes to preschool on M, W, F, and on the days that he's home, I just steal moments here and there, but when he ends up NOT taking a nap (like today), I'm just... beat... emotionally. XD
Thanks for the info. So, I guess I'll keep episode 30 and thereafter. I've seen them all. I just wanted to keep the episodes with G in them. hehehe
Oh, yes... Cheeeeeerrrrrrs. *slightly reluctant LOL*

That's why I have the utmost respect for mothers who can handle both their careers and family well. =)
I meant "cheers" to busy days for the both of us! XD
As much as I am reluctant too, I only have TEN more teaching days to my students' end of year exams!!!! XD
AH hahahahaha!!! *hysterical laughter*
