Oh, it's so cute and sweet and idealistic, with little glazings of reality (rather than punctures as it sometimes is!).

I like the title too, it's perfect.

I love you
because it's been so good
for so long
that if I didn't love you
I'd have to be born again
and that is not a theological statement
I am pitiful in my love for you

This is actually one of the only poems of her I like. The other is "Balances".

Oh I love this, the last line, and this part:
because only my love for you
despite the charms of gravity
keeps me from falling off this Earth

Exactly. And though I sometimes miss those other things, I want this particular love more. This poem does a good job of putting it into words, doesn't it?
