Got a call 5 minutes before my shift was to end yesterday and ended up staying one and half hours over. I always dread that last minute call for that very reason

Every time 8.14pm rolls around, I dread getting a call.

I mentally see if I can ditch the call on Customer Care or make it really, really short.
