Completely spaced on Fringe last night as I had to watch The Sarah Connor Chronicles, which I'd put off due to the Heroes premiere. Was it at all notable?
I did DVR it just in case, it wasn't bad. It had some funny bits, though I still struggle to understand why Dunham goes off to see Blair Brown at Massive Dynamic so often. They've already completely thrown aside that whole "the son has to accompany his dad everywhere" thing, it seems. The son got a veiled threat from someone about his return to the country, so I suppose they are going to build up more of a plot around him. Which actually makes sense, considering how easily he dropped everything to join this little team. (At one point father and son genius were there while they were questioning a suspect and I was like, "Uh, is this in any way okay?")
I enjoyed the PI as well, though I'll have to wait and see how it plays out over the next few eps. And speak of being distracted by an actor -- his voice rang a bell for me and I had to go scramble to see why. He did a turn on Scrubs a while back, as Private Dancer.
