Crafternoon This Weekend

Jul 06, 2006 11:19

I'm thinking of Crafternooning this Sunday, with a sleep-over from Saturday for some of the kittens who wanna. Detail update later when I get home. How many of you are interested?

I need to buy myself a present that would be delivered. We got a UPS package today and I realized that it has been too long since I've gotten anything. What should I get

BPAL has tasty smelly things, or some tea from Asagio?

I am sorta interested, but not sure how to pull it off or what part I can do because of work.

I second BPAL, but it usually takes a month or more to actually get your orders.

L & Manya are working Sunday, too, so I was planning to make it kind of a sprawling, come-and-go thing continuing until Sunday PM. There will be tasty, cheap happy hour snacks...

It occurrs to me that the Pirates of the Caribbean run I was going to do falls on the same evening. Is there a theater near you showing it? Perhaps we can combine forces and see the movie after I arrive and happy hour snacks are had?

Is this open for anyone wanting to do crafts? If so, what time Sunday and where in W. Seattle exactly (my email: shellybaur@comcast.net). It would be nice to see you again.

For a present: What's something that you would never normally buy yourself but you'd like someone else to buy for you?

me.

damn this warm weather - it makes getting food and Lush unpossible. i like to get books; while i always choose a brick-n-mortar store first, Amazon is a local company.

what counts as "warm" in your part of the world these days?

it's in the low 70s and cloudy this week...22 or 23C.

and you're complaining? furrfu, don't come up here - the number of 85F+ days we've had in the last two weeks is frightening.

I'd love to do a Crafternoon (Saturday is looking nonstop, and I always like to have one day to veg/write on the weekend), but not sure I'd be up for it this Sunday :/

I know, I'm lame and anti-social :p

Bummer! I'll email you the location info anyway when I send that around, in case you change your mind.

I'm interested, but I don't have any current craft projects. I could come and edit while other people craft...

I'm fine with that. ^_^
