Eep, I hope all turns out well with your dad. He's in my thoughts.

Yay for cool townhouses with pools! *envies* Is it in another town, or close to where you live now?

Thanks. I'm such a Daddy's girl, I don't know what I'd do if something happened to him.

It's in Oxnard, close to the ocean, about 45 minutes from LA. Close enough so that I can still visit LA, but less traffic. lol!

Mary, I certainly hope things go as well for your dad as they did for my mom (a year today since she came home from her double bypass and pacemaker surgeries). I'll say a prayer for dad and will look forward to an update from you that all has gone well.

Best of luck with your Dad - Hospitals are never pleasant experiences.

This place totally rocks, and is perfect for entertaining. It has a gym, pool, and Jacuzzi to boot, and our place is just across the way.

That sounds awesome!

My thoughts and prayers will definitely be with you and your family this week. I'm a total Daddy's girl as well, so I can only imagine how tough this must be. I hope he makes a quick and complete recovery!

Good luck to your dad, Mary. I hope everything goes well for him and for you!

Your soon-to-be-new townhouse sounds nice...you'll have to invite me over sometime. :D
