Heh. I've been to Hamilton Island, and while it was great for a few days, I think I'd go nuts living there full time. Interestingly enough, at one of the bars on the island we saw Geraldo Rivera. I yelled out, "hey, it's Jerry Rivers!"1 He ignored me.

1 Yes, I was nearly as intoxicated as it sounds like you were at your legendary Red Square trip with schmengie. We had just returned on the ferry from the mainland after a four day sailboat trip on the Anaconda III. We discovered that they served beer on the ferry and someone who will remain nameless, ahem, suggested that we each buy a round. There were six of us and a forty five minute ferry ride.
