... and of course I paused on the way to my car to look up and find Venus again. Gee, this is starting to get boring. I'll just have to wait until later in the month so I can use the moon to try for Jupiter in the daytime.

I've been watching Venus is the daytime for months... a couple weeks ago when Venus and Saturn were in close conjunction, I watched closely to pick out Saturn at the earliest possible moment I could see it (it was after sunset, though). That was pretty cool. Last night I was able to pick out Jupiter as well, while wandering around outside near sunset. I like knowing where stuff is in the sky.
