  I see my friends grow stale. We have trouble establishing connections. Our routines are hard wired. It's a very particular feeling, growing older. I just realized that you started writing in this journal again. I think writing is a really good thing and you should do it as much as you can. (says the person who can't seem to do it at all) It helps to clarify your thoughts and get them out of your head. I am concerned that depression gets the better of you a lot and keeps you from enjoying your life. I wish I could help with that. You are a wonderful loving person with a lot to give and receive. There are many good conversations to be had and hopefully we can have one soon. I will quote Mary Baker Eddy "All is infinite Mind an its infinite manifestation"...something to think about. love, mom
