Um. I have no idea where this came from. And, personally, I think it sucks. But I'm posting it anyway. Also, I seem incapable to write anything remotely pairing-like for FMA.
Going Home
Pairing: Um… Nothing. At all.

as for rafael i think you used archangel raphael's name. he's the patron of wanderers and sailors as well so i see it that ed is the wanderer and rapfael is the one protecting him, giving him guides. but still i may be wrong^^;;;;

-hands over a cookie- You got that right! Also, it's also said that Raphael is the direct opposite of Gabriel, the archangel of Vengeance and Death. Considering how Envy acts, isn't it ironic that his human name was the total opposite of his current behaviour? XD

yaayyy i get a cookie!! *yummy^^* aaaa yes it is true, raphael for me is an angel with more mercy and love towards people that gabriel^^;;; but anyway, i found your idea interesting from anothre point of view. envy is an evil being. a homunculus. one of seven sins. and you created his human soul as the total opposite, a good one, an angel a holy creature. that is what i found interesting. the real human was a creation of... let's call it love of hohenheim and dante. something pure. while envy was created from a sin, commiting the greates taboo. combination of those two aspects gives a very, VERY interesting plot device^^
i can see you're a bible geek with a nice knowledge^^ it's strange among young people these days. and your icon reveals it totally XDDD

I have no idea who the Renaissance artist Raphael is. Research! Yes! XD
Go to the userinfo. You know, there's a blue bar which contains the 'Add Friend', 'To-do List', 'Memories'... blah blah blah? Yeah. The new button, 'Nudge a friend', is there. XD
And yay!
