I think the problem is actually that I didn't go anywhere. ^.^; Monotony and apathy seem to make things blur a little. ^.^;

Noooo, I just blamed not updating on laziness.
The problem was exacerbated by my before-today-far-too-long fingernails. ^.^;

I hear you about the too-fast-growing nails!! Mine does this all the time! One minute I've just cut them, the next they're so long I can't type properly! And cutting and filing them is so boring! Grrrrr!!!
