Japan worker in 780,000 porn hits

“A local council employee in Japan has been punished after it was discovered he had accessed porn websites at work more than 780,000 times in nine months.”

They figured it out to like 20 sites a minute.  How is that even possible?

My theory is that he typed a string of interest-related terms into a search engine, then used his company's connection to download/cache all of the results. Then when he wanted to check out a site he'd use a program to shuffle through all the sites randomly really fast like that one "BIG MONEY NO WHAMMYS NO WHAMMYS STOP" game show and hit a big red button to determine which porn site to look at. It kept things interesting for him.

I've rigged a similar setup, but I use one of those big wheels like on the Price is Right.
