My much loved and very hard working car, Dernhelm after carrying me, my children, friends, roommates, and co-workers over 125,000 miles finally broke down tonight. My condolences on your loss. A certain amount of the essence of a man infuses each tool and machine he owns, and vice versa.

Good call on keeping the steering wheel guard.

There is sadness today in your house and condolenses from mine. I'd feel the same if anything were to happen to mine, which I have had for (touch wood) eight years now.
