So it's like this.
If you've been reading this journal for any length of time then you know I've had financial issues pretty much since I was laid off back in 2009. I was unemployed for 9 months and when I found a job, it was at a much lower salary than the one I previously had. And while I dearly love my job, my co-workers, and the work I do, the ugly truth is that I cannot afford to live off of it.
I'm taking steps to make things easier, but at this moment things are really not good. I'm having to rely on the charity of a friend just to buy dog food so Kaylee can eat.
I don't really have anything to sell.
Except words.
So I'm taking a cue from the artwork-for-commission posts I have seen in the past. And I am hereby making an offer:
For a penny a word, I will write you anything you want. Any fandom, any pairing, any kink. Name it, it's yours. And if you don't like it, you don't have to pay.
$5.00 gets you 500 words, $10 gets 1,000 words, and so on.
When I send your story, I will send you the e-mail address associated with my Paypal account. I will do my best to get the story back to you in a reasonable amount of time, but if it's a fandom I'm unfamiliar with and research is required, I reserve the right to take longer on the story.
I'm not asking for donations, or loans. I don't expect something for nothing, and at any rate, I would most likely never be able to pay a loan back. This is strictly a business transaction.
All comments to this post will be screened, and your story will be private, just for you, unless you say otherwise.
