I bought tickets for Muse through evil-ticketmaster (i had no choice!) and despite the fact i'm SURE i ticked the appropriate boxes, they are sending me almost daily 'updates' about gigs I REALLY NEED TO SEE.

Like today's for example:

"Don't Miss the ROYAL MARINES BAND Concert!"

and from Monday:

CBeebies LIVE!!!I can see how they got that from

email them and request to be taken off the list, or reply to that email with the word remove as a subject. I think they should have a link somewhere included in the email that tells you how to unsubscribe from the mailing list
