Not even sure where to start with this. look_alive has been keeping me very busy. Busier, actually, since she's moved back into our old neighborhood, but that's because we made all of the plans for the weekend. So, a general recap is in order, because I have a ton of random notes in my iPod that would otherwise go to waste

...midwest regional Emmy? That's a thing? *shrugs* I learn something new everyday!

Children in costumes just make my year! It's part of the reason I love Halloween. There's tons of kids living in my parent's neighborhood, and I just love watching the little ones who have no idea what's going on.

I take it there's no pictures? (I imagine it might have been considered creepy to be taking pics of other people's children, but this is just the sort of circumstance in which I expect you to take one for the team! :P)

Yeah, I had no idea regional Emmys existed, but it kind of doesn't surprise me. Local stations need to be able to pat themselves on the back for things, too, right? Also, I have a new goal. I would totally take a regional Emmy if it was offered to me. (-;

My creepiness knows no bounds. I totally have pictures (though not a lot... just the ones that had parents with them that thought it was okay). I'm just trying to figure out a non-creepy place to upload them, because while I have few qualms photographing other people's children, I do feel weird posting them on the internet for all to see.
