The above kinda came to me as I was waiting for the train last Sunday.

My usual habit of Caltrain riding is I sit on the side opposite of where I'm heading by 3 or 4 cars. This is as much that I like the challenge of walking the length while its expressing at 80 m.p.h. as I've gotten in the habit to prevent myself falling asleep too long; just naturally wake up 3 stops ahead of where I need to get off ( Read more... )

9:54 PM 8/12/07 · Usually when I goto see Mom on the weekend it's around Noonish; my little term for anywhere between 12pm and 2pm. Mom finds this a curious term, always laughs when I say it, but tries to narrow it down as much as possible. The large reason I use it is the Caltrain doesn't run quite the same way on the weekend. I've got a video (if that's even the right word) recorder on my PalmOne and I used to use it all the time. One time, while waiting for the train, I was chatting it up with this nomadic couple, which is different than homeless, and they had a kitten.
