Last week some girl, guesstimate 15ish, called out "Hey sexy" my way as I happened by with a load of groceries in my backpack

Can't you just growl menacingly and make them go away? Or are these those kind of scary kids who claim to be 15, but look like they're really middle-aged bikey gang members?

Growling isn't against the law. Just try not to make tangible verbal threats while you're at it and I think you'll be fine. And if not, well, a police report will be a new and spicy experience in your life, won't it?
