11:39 AM 11/29/2009 · Mom finally made my birthday cake last night and it cooled pretty quickly so we were eating of it roundabout 8pm or so. As usual, it was fucking amazing! No, it's a regular butter cake that just happens to be yellow.

"Too busy" is not a fair characterization. You left out that whole "limited time offer" birthday present angle that kind of poisoned the well for the last-minute birthday cake invitation.

Me too.

The limited time thing was what it was. Cake ain't going to be around long when I'm not here and I can't bring it home as it's an ant magnet. They practically fly thru the walls for that thing.

Birthday gift was...well, it is your birthday today.

As to giving me a ride home, would seem silly to come have it and then just leave me here...don't you agree?
