5:03 AM 2/20/08 · I left work early, which is practically unheard of with me, and my boss was fairly decent about it. Well, he said he didn't really care if I left early which I suppose is kind of the same thing. Was shooting for a 5:14p train but wound up with a 4:33p instead

actually, on an interesting note...if such is available, sitting sideways to the direction I'm travelling is often the best way to stave of sleep. though, really doesn't do any good for sudden stops.

I was on a train once where I swear that we ran over a person. People's reactions are bizarre. Everyone was making jokes, but I can't have been the only one who felt the subtle thumpthump.

Eh, it happens often enough I guess. Probably my preferred method of suicide. Quick and lets your family pretend that it was an accident.

For the record they shipped us off onto a bus rather than run the whole train.....yeah.

On a lighter note, I like that notion of subtley gorgeous. I can think that the only reason that you haven't come kidnap me is because you don't yet know that you want to <3

I never thought of train impact quite like that... It may make me more aware when I have to take one... or maybe not.
